Can I Change the Colour of My Logo?
Logo colours cannot currently be edited directly through the website during the design process.
If you need a simple adjustment, such as changing the colour of your logo, our artwork team can usually help after the order has been placed. In many cases, this type of amendment can be done at no extra cost.
To request a colour change, please leave clear instructions in the notes section for our design team at the final stage of the customisation process. If possible, include the exact RGB colour reference so we can match the colour as accurately as possible.
What Is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a traditional and highly effective printing method, particularly suitable for larger quantity orders. It is often used for bulk runs where a durable, vibrant and consistent finish is required.
This method applies ink to the garment through a prepared screen, creating a clean and professional result that works especially well for bold logos and larger designs.
Technical Overview
To produce a screen print, the artwork is first separated into individual colours using professional design software. Each colour in the design requires its own screen.
These screens are created using a fine mesh coated with light-sensitive chemicals. Once exposed and processed, the correct areas remain open so ink can pass through onto the garment. The print can be applied directly to the fabric or, in some cases, onto transfer material before being heat pressed onto the garment.
When printed directly, each colour is applied in sequence, either manually or by machine, until the full design is complete.
Screen printing is ideal for larger designs and high-volume production, offering a smooth, durable and high-quality finish. It also allows accurate Pantone colour matching where required.
Can I Choose My Preferred Print Method?
Our artwork and production teams will select the most suitable print method for your order based on your design, garment type and the best possible final result.
If you have a specific preference for how your garments should be printed, you can add this request in the order notes during the customisation process. We will always review it and do our best to accommodate it where possible.
What Print Methods Do You Offer?
We use a range of professional print methods to suit different garment types, logo styles and order requirements. The most appropriate method is chosen by our experienced team based on the artwork you upload and the products you select.
In some cases, the garment colour may also influence the printing method used. For example, certain processes are better suited to full colour artwork, while others are more suitable for specialist finishes such as metallic or neon colours.
If you require a particular print method for your order, please contact our team before placing it and we will advise on the best option.
Inside Printed Labels
Selected garments can be customised with an inside neck printed label, giving you an additional branding option for your clothing.
While we are unable to remove the original manufacturer label, inside printed labels are a great way to add your own brand identity to the garment.
Important details:
- Printed in the inside back neck area
- Maximum print width: 12 cm
- Single colour print only
- Cost: £2.00 per print
You can add your inside label design during the garment personalisation process at the preview stage.
