Artwork Guidelines
Our expert production team work with customers every day to ensure your artwork looks as good as possible when printed or embroidered on a garment. Here are some key considerations regarding artwork to help you when placing your order.

Quick Fire Artwork Questions
What is the Maximum Size My Logo Can Be?
The maximum width for print is 30cm. The maximum width for embroidery is 25cm. The height of your logo or image will automatically be scaled based on the width you select.
What File Types Do You Accept?
The best quality artwork is usually a vectored image file, either an .ai, .eps, or .pdf.
We accept: jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, ai, eps, ps, pdf, png, psd, svg, tiff, tif. Maximum file size for upload is 50mb.
What is Digitisation?
Each embroidery logo is digitally recreated so it can be read by our embroidery machines and achieve an exceptional level of accuracy to the original design. You will always receive artwork proof for new embroidery designs.
Positions We Can Print and Embroider
We offer custom embroidery and garment printing in a wide range of positions. Available placement depends on your chosen apparel – from left or right chest, full width across the front, sleeves, back, and collars to caps and pockets. Our industrial embroidery machines handle branded workwear, corporate clothing, and personalised uniforms. Need a specific position? Contact our team before ordering.

Artwork Quality
Upload the best quality version of your logo for optimal results. We recommend 300 DPI or higher for crisp embroidery and print. Our designers review every order – unlike other suppliers, we won't produce garments with poor logo quality. Low-resolution files? We'll contact you to find a solution. From vector files to finished branded workwear, we ensure your artwork translates perfectly onto custom apparel.
Image Transparency
Don't worry about backgrounds – we typically remove them during production. For transparent sections in your design, we recommend using file formats that support transparency such as PNG, EPS, or SVG. This ensures your logo or image integrates seamlessly with the garment.

Printing and Embroidery Limitations
Depending on the type of customisation you choose, there may be some limitations. Gradients and very intricate designs can be challenging for embroidery. Our team works to adjust designs where needed to ensure quality embroidery results. If you have concerns about your artwork, please contact us before placing your order.
