Print size guidelines, order tracking, and answers to common questions about your order.
Print Size Guidelines and Recommendations
The largest available print area is 30 cm wide by 40 cm high.
Print sizes are normally set according to the width of the design, with the height scaling automatically to keep the artwork in proportion.
General size guide
| Position | Recommended width |
|---|---|
| Left Chest / Right Chest / Bottom Left / Bottom Right | 8–12 cm |
| Centre Chest / Centre Back | 20–30 cm |
| Left Sleeve / Right Sleeve | 8–10 cm |
| Top Chest / Top Back / Bottom Back | 15–30 cm |
These measurements should be used as a general guide only. The most suitable print size will always depend on the layout and detail of your artwork. For example, logos with small text or intricate elements may need to be printed larger to ensure everything remains clear and readable.

View Order HistoryWhy Do My Garments Have Creases?
Because garments are packed carefully for shipping and transported by courier, some items may arrive with light creasing from being folded during transit.
We always aim to send your order in the best possible condition, but slight creases can sometimes occur as a result of packaging and delivery. In most cases, these will naturally reduce once the garments are unpacked or lightly pressed if appropriate for the fabric.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
We always try to help where possible, but because many orders move into production very quickly, changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
As soon as your order is submitted, work may begin on artwork preparation, material allocation or production planning. For this reason, it is important to contact our customer support team as quickly as possible if you need to make any changes.
Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable amendment or cancellation requests.
Please note that if work has already started on your order, charges may still apply to cover costs already incurred. These may include artwork setup, material ordering, restocking fees or other production-related costs.
