Logo placement and preview FAQs – understand how the online customisation preview works and what to expect.

Home→Help→Preview

Can I Change the Position of My Logo?

Each garment on our website comes with a selection of standard branding positions that are available for that specific product. These positions are fixed within the customisation system and cannot usually be manually moved outside the options provided.

If you would like to choose a different available position, you can do this during the personalisation process by selecting one of the placement options shown for the garment.

Standard branding positions for garments: Front (Centre Chest, Right Chest, Left Chest, etc.), Back (Top Back, Bottom Back, Shoulder Blades), Left (Left Sleeve, Front of Bag), Right (Right Sleeve, Rear of Bag)

Will My Garments Look Exactly Like the Online Preview?

The online preview is intended as a visual guide only and may not show an exact final representation of the finished product.

Once your order is placed, it is reviewed by our artwork team to make sure the branding is suitable for the garment and production method selected. If we identify anything that may affect the final result, we will contact you before production where needed.

Why Does My White Logo Look Like an Outline in the Preview?

Sometimes white or very light artwork may appear differently in the online preview, especially when shown against certain garment colours. This is simply a limitation of the preview tool and does not necessarily reflect how the finished garment will look.

Your original artwork file is always received by our team and checked during order review. If there are any issues with how the design is expected to print or embroider, we will let you know.

Why Does the Preview Image Look Different from the Product Photo?

The product image shown on the product page is used to show the actual garment style, fit and colour. The online preview, however, is a simplified digital mock-up used to give a general impression of where your design will appear.

Because we offer a large and regularly updated range of clothing, the preview image may not always match the exact product photography in every detail. The garment you receive will still be based on the product you selected on the product page.

Can I Adjust My Design If the Preview Doesn't Look Right?

If your design looks slightly off in the preview, this is often caused by the software used to generate the visual mock-up rather than the final production setup.

Our production team reviews all orders before printing or embroidery to make sure the design is suitable for the garment and selected branding position.

If you need to change to another available position before placing your order, you can usually do this by clicking Edit within your customisation setup and selecting a different placement option.

Please note that we cannot normally accept highly specific instructions for manually shifting the logo outside the standard positions available for that garment.

Need Help Checking Logo Placement?

If you are unsure whether the selected branding position is right for your garment, our team can help review it before production. The online preview is a helpful guide, but every order is still checked by experienced staff to help ensure the final result looks clean, balanced and professional.
